Access to the Platform: A parent or legal guardian must register their child if the child is under 16 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for any activity that occurs under your account.

Intellectual Property Rights: All content, including courses, exercises, and activities offered on the platform, is the property of Ludication and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or exploit this content without authorization.

Use of the Platform: By using the Ludication platform, you agree not to use any content in an illegal, defamatory, offensive, or harmful manner to the integrity of the platform. You are also responsible for your behavior and interactions with other users of the platform.

Payment: Access to the platform is subject to annual fees, depending on the chosen package. Payments must be made in one installment.

Liability: Ludication cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by the use of the platform, including data loss, service interruptions, or damage caused by viruses.

Privacy: Ludication is committed to protecting your personal data. Data on the Thinkific platform is encrypted in transit using secure cryptographic algorithms. User passwords are stored in an encrypted state in the database using the OpenBSD encryption algorithm.

Governing Law: These terms of use are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada.
